Surely some of you are familiar with this building located at the beginning of Calle Tomás Heredia (number 8). This is our first rental apartment building, opened in 2007 under the name ‘Suites Oficentro’.

Today, July 2025, and after being closed for a few months for renovations, we welcome the completely renovated ‘Suites Oficentro Original’.

14 apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms, with capacity for up to 5 people, that have been designed for the enjoyment of our guests, taking care of every detail in terms of aesthetics, comfort, and soundproofing.

If you’ve already seen these apartments, you’ll have to reset them because they’re nothing like they used to be!

We present here our ‘DELUXE PENTHOUSES’, one-bedroom apartments (double bed, 150cm), separate living room (with sofa bed), full kitchen, bathroom (shower or bathtub) and private terrace.

With capacity for up to 4 people, and located on the sixth and top floor of our DELUXE building (C. Tomás Heredia 22 in Málaga), they are the largest and most popular of our apartments.

They are rented by day/week/month, with a rate that included all services: water, electricity, Wi-Fi internet, weekly cleaning, access to gym…

They are equipped with everything you need for both short or medium stays: air conditioning/heating, kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, washer/dryer, big fridge and kitchenware, linen and towels, smart TV and the possibility of connecting to satellite (international) and outdoor furniture for the terrace.

Our location, on a pedestrian street in the heart of Malaga, is one of our greatest advantages. It will allow you to visit our historic centre on foot (Cathedral, Alcazaba, Museums…) and walk along the port until you reach our beaches, in a very comfortable way. You can end the day having dinner on the terrace in the moonlight. Sounds good?

Did you know that there are exactly 40 museums that we can find in Malaga today? This is another of the attractions of our city. Museums for all tastes.

If you have not decided to come to Malaga yet, keep reading and you will surely find the reason to come visit us.

We start from our ‘big ones’ like Museo Picasso Málaga, the most visited in Andalusia and which shows the works of our most international artist, Pablo Picasso. If you have already visited Malaga you will know that you can also take a photo with this artist on a famous bench located in Plaza de la Merced or visit his ‘Casa natal’. Furthermore, if you stay in our ‘Apartamentos Suites Oficentro Deluxe’ you will have one of his works in mind throughout your stay as an image of his work ‘Le Pigeon aux petits pois’ is displayed in all the ‘1 Bedroom Apartments’ and ‘Deluxe Penthouses’ .

The Centro Pompidou Málaga, at the foot of the port; the Carmen Thyssen Museum; or the Museo de Málaga which houses the Museo de Bellas Artes de Málaga and the Museo Arqueológico Provincial de Málaga are others that you should not miss and will be recommended to you by all the city guides.

And much closer, in our well-known SOHO neighborhood or ‘Arts Quarter’, we find the Centro de Arte Contemporáneo (CAC) and Museo de la Imaginación.

But there are museums for everybody. We have the Museo automovilístico y de la moda de Málaga for those who love automobiles or the Museo Aeronaútico for those who prefer aviation. There are also the Museo de las Artes y Costumbres, the Museo Taurino or the Centro de Arte de la Tauromaquia, for those who like our traditions. Or even the Wine Museum.

If you visit us with children, the MIMA, Museo Interactivo de la Música de Málaga may be a mandatory stop. For young and old people, this space offers the possibility of discovering very diverse instruments and interacting with all of them.

And you already know that Semana Santa (Holy Week) is one of the great cultural attractions here so, even if you visit us on another date, you will be able to immerse yourself in this spirit through the different museums of the brotherhoods. That is our largest apartment: 50m2. With two bedrooms (one double and one single), living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Located on the corner of our OFICENTRO building (C. Tomás Heredia, 8), we have 3 units of this type of ‘2-bedrooms apartment’. All of them have one bedroom with a double bed (135cm), another bedroom with a single bed (90cm), a living room, kitchen and bathroom (with a bathtub).

We have the option of adding a sofa bed in the living room as this apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 people. That makes it perfect for family or group trips to Málaga.

Málaga, capital of ‘Costa del Sol’, has several perfectly equipped beaches, two of which are just a 20-minute walk from our apartments, on both sides of the port.

Malagueta Beach: on the eastern side of the port of Malaga. Undoubtedly, the most famous of the city, due to its proximity to the center and the quality of its services.

It is an urban beach with dark sand located between the port of Malaga and La Caleta beach. It is about 1,200 meters long and about 45 meters wide on average.

Our two buildings are located in C. Tomás Heredia (numbers 8 and 22), and only 150m and 300m from the ‘official route’. During these 8 days of ‘Semana Santa’, all the processions will pass through this section and it will allow you to enjoy them in the most comfortable way if you stay with us.

Did you know that our Holy Week was declared of International Tourist Interest in 1980? This is one of the reasons for the large influx of visitors that it attracts during those days, added to the good weather that the city of Malaga generally enjoys on these dates.

From Palm Sunday (April 2) to Easter Sunday (April 9), the different brotherhoods parade through our city, from their respective churches or headquarters, and always passing through the official route, which is 2 minutes walk from our apartments for rent.

Undoubtedly, a show for those who do not know how Semana Santa is lived in Andalucia; and a luxury for those who enjoy the devotion and roots of these days.

Being located on a pedestrian street, perpendicular to Alameda Principal, we have the optimal location to enjoy everything that our ‘Semana Santa’ entails, without the need to get into the hassles and traffic jams typical of these dates. From our street, with direct access to ‘Carrera oficial”, we can see the procession of the different steps of the brotherhood from the same point, leaving our accommodation less than 2 minutes away on foot.

In addition, for those who are looking for a leisure or beach alternative for these days, our privileged location will also allow them to move around the port and the beaches of La Malagueta or La Misericordia, as well as any other point in the city, without having to cross the areas limited by processions.
