Surely some of you are familiar with this building located at the beginning of Calle Tomás Heredia (number 8). This is our first rental apartment building, opened in 2007 under the name ‘Suites Oficentro’.

Today, July 2025, and after being closed for a few months for renovations, we welcome the completely renovated ‘Suites Oficentro Original’.

14 apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms, with capacity for up to 5 people, that have been designed for the enjoyment of our guests, taking care of every detail in terms of aesthetics, comfort, and soundproofing.

If you’ve already seen these apartments, you’ll have to reset them because they’re nothing like they used to be!
